*Promotion with email* By taking advantage of the email Promotion (the “Promotion”) you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is open for two weeks from the day you receive your email. The Promotion will not apply to checkouts commenced after the Promotion has ended, even if that checkout includes items that were placed in the basket during the Promotion. In order to qualify for the Promotion, you must visit elichem.co.uk and enter your unique promotional code, which has been provided to you in your email, during the elichem.co.uk checkout process for the discount to apply.

The relevant discount will apply to the full value of resin art products and pigments that you purchase in a single transaction. The relevant discount will not apply to any delivery charges payable for the goods. The promotional code is a one-use only code and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional code in the same transaction, or for the purchase of workshops and gift vouchers.

Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the redemption value of the promotional code. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards the final basket price. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
